How to Fund Your Wallet

BANK FUNDING
Zenith Bank Wallet Funding
  • Step 1: Walk into any Zenith Bank branch
  • Step 2: Fill the deposit slip providing the following details:
  • Write X-PATH on the deposit slip
  • Collection Account Name: Capricorn Digital Limited
  • Depositor’s Name: BAXI Box Username & Account ID e.g. Nokia (001234)
  • Phone number registered with Capricorn Digital Limited for that account
  • Amount
  • Account number: 1014033345
  • Note: Mobile money transfer should not be done to the account number above.

First Bank Wallet Funding
  • Step 1: Walk into any First Bank branch
  • Step 2: Fill the deposit slip providing the following details:
  • Write the First Console on the deposit slip
  • Collection Account Name: Capricorn Digital Limited
  • Depositor’s Name: BAXI Box Username & Account ID e.g. Nokia (001234)
  • Phone number registered with Capricorn Digital Limited for that account
  • Amount

FCMB Wallet Funding
  • Step 1: Walk into any FCMB branch
  • Step 2: Fill the deposit slip providing the following details:
  • Write Baxi Box Slip Free on the deposit slip
  • Collection Account Name: Capricorn Digital Limited
  • Depositor’s Name: BAXI Box Username & Account ID e.g. Nokia (001234)
  • Phone number registered with Capricorn Digital Limited for that account
  • Amount
  • Note: No Account Number needed.
E-tranzact
E-TRANZACT
  • Step 1: Walk into any bank
  • Step 2: Fill in the deposit slip providing the following details
  • Collection Account Name: Capricorn Digital Limited
  • Depositor’s Name: BAXI Box Username & Account ID e.g. Nokia (001234)
  • Phone number registered with Capricorn Digital Limited for that account
  • Amount
  • Step 3: Inform the banker you would like to pay using E-Bill Pay, NIBSS Collection platform OR E-Tranzact
  • Note: No Account Number needed.
USSD CODE FUNDING (Only for GTB Account Holders)
Guaranty Trust Bank
  • Dial *737*50*Amount*37# from a registered mobile number with GTBank
  • You will be prompted to enter Ref ID (Username or Account ID) e.g. either Nokia or 001234
  • Enter *737* PIN or Last 4 Digits of ATM Card
  • Your Agent Details will be validated and you would get a notification of a successful transaction
USSD CODE FUNDING (Only for Zenith Account Holders)
Zenith Bank Wallet Funding
  • Dial *966*6*2277# from a registered mobile number with Zenith Bank
  • You will be prompted to enter ID (Username or Account ID) e.g. either Nokia or 001234
  • Enter BAXI Box Account Mobile Number
  • Enter Amount and then *966# PIN.
  • Your Agent Details will be validated and you would get a notification of a successful transaction
MOBILE APP FUNDING
Guaranty Trust Bank
  • Launch the GT App and log in
  • Navigate to GT Collections
  • Go to InfoTech & Other Services
  • Locate Capricorn Digital Limited among the list of company names
  • Select Capricorn Deposit
  • Select Capricorn Agent Deposit after selecting Deposit type
  • Input Reference ID (Username or Account ID) and the amount and then Continue.
  • Select account (if applicable)
  • Input Remarks and Transaction PIN or token
  • Confirm payment and wallet will be credited
NIBSS E-Bills Pay
Online Funding (WEBPAY)
  • Log on to your internet banking.
  • Click on payments & collection.
  • NIBSS e-bills payments.
  • Click on new request., then conglomerate.
  • Select Capricorn Digital Limited.
  • Enter your details and confirm your transaction.
  • On confirmation you will be requested to enter the token, then click on submit.
  • A receipt will be generated.

How to Sell the services

DSTV

– Tap the DSTv icon
– Tap Enter selected number and insert the smart card number or the customer’s number (not phone number but customer’s registration/Account number with DSTv)

– Tap Continue and the customer’s basic information will come up- Tap Buy
– Tap on Current Customer Bouquet to see the current plan
– Tap Subscription, different package options will show up of which the customer will tell you the one he/she wants to buy. If a customer is paying for the current bouquet, activation will be automatic when the decoder is on if not channels will update gradually once the decoder is switched on

DSTv EXTRA VIEW PAYMENT

– Tap Next and options of Extra view will be given at the right corner of the screen
– Tap on the preferred Extra view package (Note that the amount to pay will increase)

– Tap Next, this will take you to the invoice page where you can select the number of months customer desires subscription to run. Paying for eleven (11) months means the customer would get one (1) month free
– Tap Purchase and Confirm to print out the receipt for the transaction.

GOTV

– Tap the GOTv icon
– Enter the selected number and insert the smart card number (IUC NUMBER) or the customer’s number (not phone number but customers registration/ Account number with GOTV)

– Tap Continue and the customer’s basic information will come up
– Tap Current Customer Bouquet to see the current plan (this will allow you know if the customer is upgrading from lower package to higher one if the customer is down-grading from higher package to lower one or would like to maintain current package)
– Tap Subscription, different package options will show up of which the customer will tell you the one s/he wants to buy. If the customer is paying for the current bouquet
– Tap Next this will take you to the invoice page where you can select the number of months customer desires subscription to run. Paying for eleven (11) months means the customer would get one (1) month free
– Tap Confirm to print out the receipt for the transaction.

STARTIMES

– Tap the Startimes icon
– Tap Free Amount, if customer wants a top-up or subscription prorated based on the last active subscription

– Enter Smartcard number and tap Continue

– Enter the amount the customer requests subscription for

– Tap the Purchase and then Confirm.

– Enter Smartcard number and tap Continue

– Enter the amount the customer requests subscription for

– Tap the Purchase and then Confirm.

*Note that using this icon, list of packages/bouquet that can be subscribed to will not show. If customer is upgrading or downgrading, the Startimes customer-care line 014618888 should be reached after subscription for the change to be effected or through the Star Times App available for download on the Google PlayStore.

– Tap Bouquet, if customer wants to select from the list of packages available (please see menu below)

– Enter Smartcard number and tap Continue

– Enter the amount the customer requests subscription for

– Tap the Purchase and then Confirm.

ELECTRICITY BILLS

– Tap any preferred electric distribution icons (Ikeja Electric IE, Ibadan Electric IBEDC, Eko Electric EKEDC, Kano Electric KEDCO, Port Harcourt Electric PHED, Enugu Electric EEDC, Abuja Electric AEDC and Kaduna Electric)
Two options will be displayed, i.e. Prepaid and Post-paid. Three options for Ikeja Electric – Non-Energy
Tap the preferred option


PREPAID ELECTRICITY

– Tap Prepaid if the customer has a meter that uses token NOT smartcard, Enter the meter number
– Tap Continue, the customer’s information will come up

– On Ikeja Electric you will tap Phone number to input customer’s 11-digit GSM number (compulsory), tap Email Address to input customer’s email address and select if the customer is Land-Lord or Tenant using (Contact Type)
– Tap Amount, enter the amount customer gives
– Tap Purchase and then Confirm, the receipt for the transaction will print out
– Note that this receipt entails the token pin generated by the system for the customer to input on the prepaid meter
– On Ibadan Electric, for a token generated along with a reset token, the reset token must be entered by the customer on the meter before the STS token in input.

POSTPAID ELECTRICITY

– Tap Postpaid, enter your Account Number which is customer’s postpaid meter number
– Tap Continue, the customer’s information will come up

– Tap Continue, the customer’s information will come up
– Tap Amount, enter the amount customer gives
– Tap Purchase and Confirm, then the receipt for the transaction will print out

SELLING IKEJA ELECTRIC NON ENERGY BILLS

– Tap Ikeja Electric icon
– Tap Non-Energy, it displays Non-Energy Prepaid and Non-Energy Postpaid


IKEDC NON-ENERGY PREPAID

– Tap Non-Energy Prepaid, enter meter number
– Tap Continue, Select Revenue Collection Type (Penalty, Reconnection or Loss of energy).
– Input the invoice number on the invoice brought by defaulter (customer). If none is available, input the meter number in the Invoice number field
– Enter the defaulter’s phone number (compulsory), email address and default amount
– Tap Purchase and Confirm to print out the receipt


IKEDC NON-ENERGY POSTPAID

– Tap Non-Energy Prepaid, enter meter number
– Tap Continue, Select Revenue Collection Type (Penalty, Reconnection or Loss of energy).
– Input the invoice number on the invoice brought by defaulter (customer). If none is available, input the meter number in the Invoice number field
– Enter the defaulter’s phone number (compulsory), email address and default amount

WAEC

– Tap the WAEC icon
– Tap number of pins, enter the number requested

– Note that the amount field has the price of the PIN already
– Tap Buy
– Tap Confirm and the PIN(s) will print out
– Customer logs in to waecdirect.org to use the PIN in checking results

SMILE

– Tap the Smile icon, Enter Smile account ID
– Tap Next. The agent’s personal information will come up

– Tap Continue, two (2) options will come up ‘’Airtime and Bundle Service’’
– Tap preferred option
– If Airtime, enter amount and Tap purchase to instantly top-up account
– If Bundle Services, Tap Bundle plan and select the preferred option
– Enter the Quantity (count of cycle for bundle to run) of bundle plan needed
– Tap Purchase
– Tap Confirm to select payment channel to issue a receipt and top-up account.

SPECTRANET

– Tap the Spectranet icon
– Two options will appear, PIN Vending and DATA Plan.

– FOR PIN VENDING
– Tap the PIN VENDING icon and input the number of pins (quantity) needed.
– Tap the Amount drop-down to select the preferred amount (denomination).
– Tap Purchase and then Confirm to select payment channel
– It prints out the pin on the receipt which the customer takes to recharge his/her account using Spectranet self service portal: selfcare.spectranet.com.ng

– Select and tap the desired data bundle, which automatically reflects on the amount menu.
